WHAT THIS SERVICE INCLUDES
Creator Mental Health provides structured support during moments when mental health or substance use concerns require careful decision-making.
Depending on the situation, services may include:
Assessment and consultation to understand what is happening and what options make sense
Guidance on next steps, including whether treatment is indicated or not
Coordination with treatment programs when care is needed
Consultation with providers to support appropriate handling of the situation
Weekly coaching when treatment is not clinically indicated or after treatment is completed
Ongoing involvement during transitions to help prevent missteps or escalation
Our service is designed to support informed decisions and reduce risk of unnecessary harm during high-pressure situations. We are here because we have seen what happens when creators and/or their level of treatment need are misunderstood.
HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
STEP ONE
Request a Call
You (creator, partner, family member, manager, or agent) submit the request form. We respond to schedule an initial call.
STEP TWO
Initial Assessment Call
We review what’s happening, what’s already been tried, current supports in place, and any immediate concerns or risks.
STEP THREE
Clinical Review
Based on this conversation, we evaluate the situation and determine what type of support is most appropriate at this time.
STEP FOUR
We Recommend a Path to Recovery
Following the assessment, one of two paths may be recommended:
- Entering an appropriate level of treatment, or
- Beginning structured weekly Creator Mental Health coaching
STEP FIVE
Coaching Begins
- If treatment is recommended, Creator Mental Health coaching is integrated during treatment as appropriate and continues as a focused re-entry support once treatment is completed.
- If treatment is not recommended, weekly Creator Mental Health coaching begins immediately.
WHO IS DR. COURTNEY TRACY
Dr. Courtney Tracy is a licensed clinician and treatment center founder with over a decade of experience in mental health and substance use care.
Dr. Courtney holds advanced clinical training in psychology and social work and began her career working in treatment settings with high-profile and public-facing individuals. Over the years, her work has included creators, entertainers, executives, athletes, and other individuals whose lives involve high visibility, pressure, and real-world consequences when things go wrong.
Dr. Courtney has opened and led multiple behavioral health treatment programs, giving her direct experience across levels of care and a deep understanding of where treatment systems succeed (and where they often fail) during moments of crisis.
In parallel, she has spent years working alongside creators as colleagues and peers, not just as clients. Through this proximity, she has seen firsthand the realities of creator life that are rarely accounted for in traditional mental health care: unstable schedules, financial pressure tied to performance, constant decision-making, and the difficulty of stepping away without fallout.
Dr. Courtney is uniquely qualified to guide creators and their support systems because she understands both the clinical landscape and the lived realities of creator culture—and knows how to navigate moments when those worlds collide. Her role is not to replace therapists or treatment providers, but to help ensure that decisions made during unstable moments are informed, appropriate, and handled with care.

WHY CREATORS USE THIS SERVICE
Creators don’t usually struggle because they don’t have access to help.
They struggle because when something goes wrong, too many people are involved and no one knows who should lead.
When a creator’s mental health or substance use becomes concerning, the situation is often complicated by:
- Income and work that can't simply pause
- Teams with different priorities and opinions
- Fear of losing momentum, relevance, or opportunity
- Pressure to "push through" or "just take a break" instead of addressing the real issue
- Treatment options that aren't built for lives that don't look normal
This service exists because creators need someone who understands:
How quickly things can escalate when work, identity, and mental health collide
When treatment helps and when it can actually make things worse
How to intervene without turning recovery into another performance
How to stay involved after the initial crisis, when support usually drops off
Creators use this service because they need someone who knows how the system works, understands creator life, and can make steady decisions when everything feels unstable.
EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND
